The Future of Cannabis Reform is in Your Hands

In order to make substantive changes to cannabis laws in Kansas, we must elect officials who will vote to support these changes. This year your voice and vote are more important than ever. YOU have the power to help elect and vote for candidates who support cannabis reform. 

IMPORTANT ELECTION DATES

 

General Election

 

September 19 - Deadline to transmit UOCAVA ballots.

 

October 13- Deadline to register to vote or update your voter registration to change address or name only to participate in the 2026 general election.

 

October 14 - First day of advance voting. Advance ballots by mail are transmitted. In-person advance voting may begin. Check with your county election office for specific times and locations.

 

October 27 - In-person advance voting must begin for all counties.

 

November 3 - GENERAL ELECTION (All ballots must be received by close of polls on Election Day.)
